Relax the screen size requirement for Compare

Describe the bug

I think everyone should at least have the option to use the Compare feature, even if it looks bad on their screen. Currently, toggling on Desktop Site in Firefox doesn't help:

Browser: Firefox Nightly 121.0a1
OS: Android 13 (One UI)
DPI: 384 dpi
