Can't get arduino to work

Hi, I have flashed arduino mega with AnalogJSON example, connected Serial3 to ESP's TXD/RXD (GPIO1/3), compilled TASMOTA firmware for using serial communication with microcontrollers, set baudrate to 115200 and I do not see any activity in arduino's console like sending analog data e.t.c. What I'm doing wrong?

Hey. Im using esp32 + arduino uno 5v(with log. level convert.). 115200 baud rate doesnt work at all. If baudrate 57600 works all function from example except AnalogJSON(see no request from tasmota) also I cannot upload .hex files getting error code 301. Spi falsh tried 115200&57600.

UPD: Everything works(esp32/8266) if baudrate 57600 except uploading .hex.

Only ATmega328 is supported for flashing
