Not sure how to install realm

Hi, I'm a newb swift developer and I wanted to run this task manager app for inspiration/guidance on my own to do list app. When I run it in Xcode, I am getting a message “No such module ‘realm swift’”. Could you please advise on how I can resolve this issue and run the app? Thanks so much

Another question. When I click on the first section that i create, everything appears fine. But when i click on the other sections i have created, the top part of the screen including the name of the section, the add note, and the search bar, does not show up. Could you please help? See the video attached.
