This issue serves as documentation for major things I want to implement, on the the visible horizon. There are a lot of smaller items I want and need to work on, so items on this list won't necessarily be the priority.

Latest commits, bringing back optional args and implement relational constraints for them, completes the 'null type' item, for now. I implemented or allowing for falsy coalescing, and left null coalescing as its own operator as a potential todo for the future, should the need arise.

With f1f9302, this push on 'script stash' is now complete. We have:

• Syntax for specifying script stash.
• Functions for interacting with the stash, loading state, etc.
• Rad commands for viewing and deleting script stashes.
