Floating Systray Popup and Taskbar Preview Close Button

I just had a couple of ideas that I think would be cool to have as options. First, for the systray widget, it would be great if we could have the unpinned icons show up in a separate popup window instead of them taking up space on the main bar. Also, for the taskbar previews, it would be super handy if we could have a small close button on the window thumbnails so we can close apps directly from there without having to open the app first or right click it and close it.

About the systray, you probably want to have the same popup as on the Windows taskbar. It will probably be added later, once we have time.
