Feature: be able to (re)name sessions #315
Description
On the new session dialog, add a field to let the user input a friendly name. This is the session name that should be used through the UI. Fallback to the existing agentic-session-x naming if the user does not create one.
On the sessions list page, I want to be able to easily rename the session without leaving the sessions list page.
This is a basic need to facilitate the async workflow that ACP offers. It lets me visually inspect the sessions list if I need to find a specific one among many. I anticipate people will have many sessions, possibly even up to 32. Some long-lived.
