Cannot draw shapes within closed shapes #3
Description
When a closed shape (Polygon/Rectangle/Circle) is drawn, it does not appear possible to draw another shape inside of it. This is not the case for non-closed shapes.
Given that a common operation of annotating a 6-up image is to draw an inner and outer ROI, this may be a slight annoyance, but is likely not worth the effort to fix. Usually the polyline tool will be used, which does not have this issue.
This problem is not unique to the amasmiller branch of WEASIS, it also exists in the mainline branch.
