Obstacle Description

The build-and-deploy workflow requires many manually managed secrets (GCP, Atlassian, MongoDB Atlas, Neon, Unleash). Secret rotation and onboarding new contributors is error-prone and undocumented.

Why It Blocks Progress

Manual secret management increases friction for new contributors and creates risk during rotation. Without documentation and organization, secrets become a bottleneck for pipeline reliability.

Suggested Experiments

• Document all required secrets and their purposes in a checklist
• Organize secrets into GitHub Environments for better lifecycle management
