Create a readthedocs site for this project #99
Description
It would be amazing to have written documentation that walks new users through using this project. We could use our suit of tests to illustrate what kinds of queries this package is capable of. Ideally, all examples in the docs would be realistic instead of toy problems. It would also be great if someone could one-clock open a colab notebook.
