Salat Time is not accurate in my country(India) #6

Assalamu Alaikum,
Dear brother,
I am making an app for all muslim's . among all the features salat times is also included and I have used your project for this purpose. But I am not getting accurate time according to my area. It is almost +1 hour. as example in my area DHUHR => 12:25pm
but according to app calculation its 11:19 am. Any solution for that ?
