Test timezone handling (PST, EST, GMT, etc)

This really isn't addressed at all in the current build.

Currently all times are stored in UTC - we'd need to augment the landing page to be smarter

it's be nice to make the service time-zone aware - would need to pass this back in to the call to render

NOTE: this likely needs to be addressed in the ICS rendering funcs AND in the URL handeling of the render-cal go server
