Documentation -- why --dev?

The README says it's for the dev environment only, but I don't understand why.

The installation instruction is wrong, missing a space, but rather than fix it I don't really thing the --dev is necessary at all, it's up to the developer if they don't need it in prod.

Somewhat related to the readme -- the $Parser as a variable name is not at all standard. Variable names are rarely capitalized.
