Multiple xscreens causing problems

I'm running Arch linux w/ 3 monitors, 2 graphics cards, and 2 xscreens - monitors 1 and 2 are on one xscreen, monitor 3 is on another.

Since switching to this layout, I've gotten this error when trying to use fullscreenhack:
Xlib: extension "XINERAMA" missing on display ":0.1".

Clearly, this is due to not using xinerama, but is there any way to work accomplish fullscreen flash w/o xinerama? (I can't enable xinerama in nvidia-settings or it breaks the separate xscreens and more importantly, causes certain games to have debilitating lag - ie League of Legends)

You can simply hardcode your screen size or use some other function to get the correct screen size.
