Place settings for node layout in content type admin #11
Description
The Express Layout settings were on their own admin screen, but they could easily exist in the content type edit screen. It is more of a pattern followed in Backdrop to have the configuration for a content type all live in one place.
It would also remove the need to check and see which node types have the "hidden path" setting checked since that is included when the user would save the content type edit form.
