Feature request: work with original images on Amazon S3 #71

Firstly - thank you for Image+ - it's amazing!
Selecting images from an S3 media source works beautifully, but when I open for cropping the modal window has a zero-width (that's it in the middle of the screen shot there - escape on the keyboard dismisses it as expected).
If it could show a loading animation and then resize the modal window when image load from S3 finished, that would be perfect (though I know not what I ask or I'd be attempting this myself so if that's a dumb way to do it, please ignore.)
