Document HTTP status codes used by zilla using an OpenAPI spec

Create an OpenAPI spec that defines all HTTP status codes zilla uses with appropriate descriptions. This is to enable enhancing existing OpenAPI schemas to accurately describe how zilla will respond to clients.
