Akeyless python has unnecesssarily high requirement for urllib3

In the requirements.txt file, akeyless depends on version 2.1.0 or later of urllib3. This is unnecessary, and breaks boto3 and other python libraries on OSes such as Ubuntu22 and RHEL8. It's completely unnecessary as akeyless functions w/o issue on older versions of urllib3 (using v1.26.5 on ubuntu22 w/o problem for example).

In fact, RHEL8 ships with python3.6, which does not have any usable version of urllib3 2.x. The max version it has available is 1.26.20.

I would suggest making the minimum be 1.26.0 or so.
