If you do not see the comments at all Are you using Joomla! articles, or something else (such as Flexicontent)? Engage only works with Joomla! articles. Does your template render the If you see the comments but not the form to submit a new comment Please read https://github.com/akeeba/engage/wiki/Installation-and-Setup-Guide as I think you may have not set up permissions. By default, Joomla! allows creation of new items – including comments – only to users in the Author, Editor, Publisher, Manager, Administrator, and Super Administrator groups. You most likely want people in the Guest (not logged-in visitors) and Registered (any logged-in user) groups to submit tickets. You have to go to Engage's Options page and set the Comment privilege to Allowed for these groups. Beyond that, also look further down the page about how not to loose the formatting by setting up appropriate text filtering options. Finally, do remember that you will also need to configure your editor to allow Guest and Registered users to see the editor. |

onAfterContentevent results? If your template has its own controls for displaying custom fields it probably doesn't. Engage uses the standard Joomla!onAfterContentevent to render the comments.If you see the comments but not the form to submit a new comment
