PDF Viewer Doesn't Empty When Moving Between Records

I've adapted this to view a Blob Certificate of Analysis Field that we are attaching  to the Lot Info Card. It looks great. However, when moving between records, it doesn't clear if no attachment exists and displays the last Blob that existed.
