Problem with track

The same track was loaded from ENCODE (the last one on the first page when the search is GM12878 CTCF) but for some reason the one of the left isn't drawing. I've tried changing the data range or just autoscaling but nothing is working.

Update - sharing works for resetting the state and getting the track to draw.
