parser.py fails to parse R#.sif

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'nok' referenced before assignment

It seems that variable icoref may be 23 but only icoref==15 or icoref==24 are tested for.

This error seems to occur because Sestra v10 arranges the data in the R#.SIF in a different order compared to the old Sestra v8.8.

For instance:
The resultfile from v8.8 starts with: HIERARCH, DATE, IEND, IDENT, DATE, DATE, GNODE, GCOORD
while v10 starts with: HIERARCH, IEND, IDENT, BNBCD, GNODE, GCOORD

If I rearrange the R#:SIF file from Sestra v10 manually. Then the parser.py code works fine.
