User cannot access traefik-v2 dashboard

Steps to reproduce:

1. User creates a platform stack with happy meal
2. User selects a traefik-v2
3. User deploys selected stack
4. User click on the "button" that should lead to Traefik dashboard
5. User see user/pass prompt. 

Expected behaviour

User expects to be redirected to Okta/Dex user pass dialogue
