Failed to "make" the HTML

Total n00b to git and make :(
I tried some googling, but no luck...

.../lbac-python-master$ make
mktemp: too few X's in template `lbac'
echo '$toc$' >
/bin/sh: Syntax error: end of file unexpected
make: *** [toc.mdi] Error 2

on windows it says "Unable to find make"

That's because windows doesn't ship with a "make" command. My bad - I'm running MacOS. I'll update shortly with a work-around.
