Add open in new tab option

can you add an option to open the folder in new tab instead of a brand new window on double clicking the expaning folder

I am not too familiar with the Windows hooks. This plugin currently executes an explorer command to open the window. I don't think that method can open something in an existing window in a new tab.

If you have suggestions, PRs welcome!
