Verify that the output isn't being truncated for RP2040

I noticed while testing the RP2040, that some of the output isn't showing. It may just be my code, but I want to verify that it isn't being cut off.

While working on adding safe mode detection, I may have come across a fundamental issue causing this. The way it works is it receives serial data and parses it into tokens. This is done by looking for Title start and end delimiters. This is done in order to make sure there is a full title and not just a partial. However, anything after seems to be queued as a "partial token" and not written until a title delimiter is received, which would cause the truncated output.

I'm thinking a solution to this would be to have some kind of timeout where after a certain number of milliseconds, it is assumed a partial token is complete.
