Breaking changes

All pre-cached Docker images will be removed.

Target date

Image deployment will start on Monday January 12th, 2026 and will take about 3 days.

The motivation for the changes

The Ubuntu 22.04 image is approaching its disk space limits. Pre-cached Docker images are being removed as they can be easily and quickly pulled at runtime when needed.

Possible impact

Projects that depended on this feature will take a little longer to launch due to the need to download an image.
