[FEATURE] Allow user to specify VOACAP propagation mode, power, etc like hamclock

Is your feature request related to a problem?

It appears that the VOACAP propagation is hardcoding mode and power for now. Hamclock had the option to allow the user to specify the mode (e.g. phone,cw,ft8,wspr, ...), output power and other options. Can openhamclock be updated to allow it to be configured too?

Also would be nice for the user to set the IP address and the port.

Second this one. It would be great to be able to set parameters for the predictions. It's also not 100% clear what's being annotated on this component. Why does it show, for example, Millstone Hill, MA when tat is neither the DE or DX location?
