[Feature Request] Make new window dockable/snap like Win-Key + Arrow

tabToWindow makes the new window as floating window (with some pixels around the window)
Win-Key + Arrow snaps windows to full 50% of the screen.

I'm still around! Have limited capacity outside of my full time job. At the moment I'm focused on porting to Safari, which is a bit painful.
