Add Neuromorphic Development Stack Diagram on the Product Page

Would be great to add the Neuromorphic Development Stack Diagram on the product page to clarify the whole stack as it does in the company presentation. Would need to be edited for style to match the site.

This isn't on the new site either. Is this something that we still want to add?

We will have a similar (though perhaps not identical) stack diagram on the nengo.ai site, perhaps we wait and see if that will be sufficient?
