.Net 4.5 build in NuGet Package

The current NuGet package only contains a .Net 4.0 build which uses EntityFramework 4.4.0.0. For .Net 4.5 test projects, the EF version is 5.0.0.0. Normally an assembly binding can be used to compensate, but VSTest and Resharper both seem to have trouble with this. It would be helpful to have an additional 4.5 build in the NuGet package.
