Trouble installing on Plex Version 4.138.0

I've followed the install instructions, and it was working on my old Windows install (had to do a clean install) years ago. Followed the instructions again, and absolute scanner is showing up, but not Hama. Any idea why? I have check to see if it's enable, but it's not even showing up to enable it.
