Moderation warning improvements #12
Description
- Add a storage system for a user's warnings (potentially a DB, which can be used for other user data)
- Allow people (or just moderators) to view a user's warning history and active warnings
- Add a moderation message if a user has more than X warnings asking if a moderator would like to kick/ban/further punish
- Add a moderation ability to remove active warnings
