Queue position display isn’t using dash ( - ) when applicable

Describe the bug

When applicable, queue position display should show something like 1 - 5 instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play multiple tracks
2. Ensure the tracks are consecutive

Expected behavior

Display shows position 0 - 50 or 1 - 50

Actual behavior

Display shows 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, … or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, …
