Queue looping isn't working as intended

Steps to reproduce

• Play multiple tracks
• Enable queue looping
• Observe /queue

Expected behavior

Tracks are looped back into the queue

Actual behavior

Tracks are not looped back into the queue.
With no tracks left in queue, the player loops the current track.
