Remove Stylus coupling

We should instead encourage use of grunt-contrib-stylus. But, we should support adding arbitrary <link rel="stylesheet" href="..." /> tags into the template.

I'm thinking the config becomes:

cssHrefs: ["out/css/**/*.css"]

and we show an example of how to use grunt-contrib-stylus, or grunt-contrib-sass, or whatever, to run those tasks first and then WinningJS-build will insert the tags based on the files that are output.
