[Enhancement] add date/time picker to Unix time convertor

The unix time convertor input is in epoch ms. This might not be the easiest to input when one wants to pick a specific time/date that isnt "now".

Enhancement:
Add a date/time/timezone picker as an additional input field one can pick a date/time in the past more easily
