[Feature] Playlist filter API #498

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is impossible now to get m3u playlist of some dynamic part of all torrents. It's either one (by hash) or all.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add API for getting m3u playlist of filtered torrents. E.g. for all in category, add optional parameter category to /playlistall/all.m3u endpoint.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another option is adding searchText parameter for searching in titles of added torrents.
