Hi,
I am trying to analyze the soil data located in the metabolome.csv file under the folder MiMeNet/data/soil
When I checked the original paper, I learned that the author tested 3min, 9hours and 18 hours.
When I look at the column names in your files I found the following column names:
49p5hr_early 49p5hr_earlymid 49p5hr_late 49p5hr_latemid
Can you please confirm that these fields belong to the same paper, if so, where is their reference in the paper?
Am I missing something else?
