Docker tag could reflect SEDS version

I'm weighing the pros-and-cons of having the docker tag reflect the Space Engineers version installed during image creation.

Pros:

• you can easily see that the version is up to date providing a false confidence in the freshness of the image.

Cons:

• you can easily see that the version is NOT up to date providing a lack of confidence needlessly (the container will update itself)
