Installs configs in /usr/bin #2

Hi,

tsn-utils installs configs in usr/bin, e.g.:
/usr/bin/ptp4l_master_v2_l2.conf
/usr/bin/gptp_eth1.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_slave_v2_udp_multicast.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_master_v2_udp_unicast_e2e.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_master_v2_udp_unicast_p2p.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_master_v2_udp_multicast.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_slave_v2_l2.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_slave_v2_udp_unicast_e2e.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_slave_v2_udp_unicast_p2p.conf
/usr/bin/ptp4l_slave.conf
/usr/bin/gptp_eth2.conf

This is not the correct location according to the FHS; would you kindly install them to a private directory or to a /etc subdirectory? Some of these have relatively generic names and there are many configs, so I'd recommend going for something like /etc/xilinx-tsn/*.conf or similar.

Thanks!
