petalinux 2024.1 cannot build latest PYNQ

I have to sudo mkdir /build && sudo chown $USER /build to make it work.

Hi @Freed-Wu can you give some more details on how and where you are seeing this error? Are you using the Docker flow? What commands are you using to build the image? Does this only happen with the Z7-P board, or does it happen when you try to build with the currently supported boards (e.g. ZCU104)?

The bug will be fixed by Xilinx/PetaLinux#4
