How to obtain Token manually?

As someone who doesn't work in web dev, how would I go about obtaining my login token? I know it's somewhere in the inspection using a chromium browser but I've done some googling and cannot seem to figure it out. I've logged into plus.gopro.com but then don't know what to do.

I would've used the native feature in the app, but it doesn't appear to be working, at least for me.

Looks like the manual token entry doesn't work anymore :(.
I'll have to look into it at some point.
Although recently I noticed that GoPro website has zip download option for multiple videos, that's probably good enough for most cases
