Allow for uploading and watching JSON templates #1
Description
Need to update the workflow for Online Store 2.0 to allow for building and watching JSON files in the templates directory.
Themekit already handles the upload portion for this workflow and luckily it already allows for uploading JSON templates. So all we need to do is upload the build task specifically for templates and the watch task for templates.
