request to Transfer “cherry” package Name on PyPI #23

Hey @Windsooon,
at SteelCake we're developing a Python library for blockchain data processing. It seems we both have a taste for sweet names so we also called it cherry. We noticed that your cherry package on PyPI hasn't been updated since June 2020. Would you consider transferring the package name to us? We and our users would greatly appreciate it!
