Improve timeline navigation and manipulation

From #already_suggested_stuff of SMH public Discord server

- Add console commands that would allow to jump to next/previous smh keyframe
- Buttons to manipulate keyframes (
     - from Penol: clear all keyframes and packed stuff, reverse selected keyframes for reverse movement
     - from me: select all keyframes, or keyframes to the left or right of the playhead
