Move lines up or down not working in R2021a

Move line up or down does not appear to work in my recent install of R2021a on Windows 10.

I just performed an automatic installation of V1.25, and all shortcuts appear to be working as expected, with the exception of move line up/down. No error messages produced. Same is true when ks_MoveLinesUp_function is set up as a custom key press callback, no errors, but also no movement.

Most likely something I'm doing wrong in setup (everything else works superbly, thanks for this!).
