[Feature Request]: IWC/ HyperGrid

Hypergird

Hypergrid would be in the base code of the Opensim Base. It could be potentially used to connect to grids running other platforms. It however needs to be much more secure.

IWC

Inter-world Connector (IWC) is a great way to just connect to grids running the same platform. It would however need to be very secure.
