Include and upgrade the following Physics Engines:
- OpenDynamicsEngine // Seems redundant with UBODE
- UBOpenDynamicsEngine // Seems redundant with ODE
- BulletSPlugin (BulletSim)
- BasicPhysicsPlugin
- PhysX (Possible replacement for BulletSim?)
Note: Perhaps if PhysX can work fully on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux there would not be a need for multiple physics engines?
