Text to PDF app

Use something like the ckeditor gem:

This will provide a WYSIWYG text editor for users. Upon submission of the text, we redirect the user to the show page. We call the show page "Preview" in the routes instead of show. The preview page allows users to decide if they like the text they put in. From here they have 3 options, go back to the edit page and make changes to the text, save the text and come back to work on it later, or create a PDF document of the text. We use Prawn to generate the PDF documents.

This allows users to create text documents and generate PDFs without messing with the MS Office suite or Adobe products.
