sms received callback -> web-api: not assigning new sms in every case #30

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. store a contact with numer 0664xxx
2. receive a sms from that contact
3. the sms number will be converted from +43664xxx to 0043664xxx
4. when web-api reloads the received sms it can't match the number 004364xxx to 064xxx
